Processing Time

All Obysian orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery within South Africa takes between 3–5 working days once dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and are subject to courier availability.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment. Obysian reserves the right to update shipping rates from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Failed Deliveries

In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Obysian cannot be held liable for any loss. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Exchanges & Refunds

We hope that you will be satisfied with your online purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product, please notify us within 7 (seven) days of your receipt of goods. Please send us a picture of the product as well as the receipt or proof of purchase with your request to: support@obysian.co.za.

Once your return has been received, we will inspect and consider the condition of the goods being returned before making a refund or exchange. If approved, your refund/exchange will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened and used.

• Products not purchased directly through the official Obysian website
